Non-Returnable Policy:

- Our products are not returnable but are eligible for replacement if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Custom-made products, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Replacement Process
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at replacements@havenlyh.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.
Replacement Request:
To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at replacements@havenlyh.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Once your replacement request is approved, we will send you the necessary instructions for sending back the defective or incorrect item.
Shipping for Replacements
Cost:
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Heavenly Homes will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
For other replacement requests, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping Method:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items.
Inspection:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the item does not meet the criteria for replacement, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
Non-Replaceable Items
Certain items are non-replaceable, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
